"Customer Service BareLy Gets Back To You"
I Reached out to Goplaycosmetics a few times about my order and barely heard anything back. When they finally did respond, it was way late and didn’t even really answer what I asked. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. Not a Great experience, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again

"Colors were way off from the pics"
I ordered two lip shades and both showed up much darker than they looked online. I was kinda disappointed, especially since there don’t seem to be many good options for my skin tone either. Prob won’t be buying again.

"Really not worth the money"
I felt like I spent way too much for what showed up. It looked a lot nicer in the pictures, but in person it just felt kind of cheap and not really special, tbh.
For the price, I expected better quality or at least a bit more product. I’ve bought similar stuff for less other places, so yeah, I probbaly wouldn’t order again...

"So much unnecessary plastic"
The amount of plastic packaging felt excessive. It gave off a really wasteful vibe and didn’t feel eco-friendly at all, which was disappointing.

"Nice colors, but I don’t fully trust the wear time"
I really liked the colors and it was easy to apply, so at first I felt good about it. But after paying for it and actually wearing it for a few hours, I started feeling a little less confident. It faded faster than I expected and smudged a bit, especially if I touched my face. It’s fine for a quick look or short wear, but I don’t really trust it to last all day. Not terrible, just not as durable as I hoped.

"I really wanted to like this, but the..."
I really wanted to like this, but the quality was just awful. Like, how does something show up feeling this cheap? It felt like no one even checked it before sending it out. I’m not expecting perfection, but come on — at least make it feel like it’s worth what I paid. Disappointing overall.
